Design Service
We will take building plans and design your installation including camera location, cable routes,
and IP network component locations. We will also do capacity planning on the IP network and recommend
a solution that will handle the data.
Installation Service
Depending on the customer's on-site expertise, we can handle the entire installation, including power
and the network - either wired or wireless or a combination of both.
Training
When installation is complete, a 4XEM professional will train your staff on system operation and
troubleshooting.
On-going Support
Our relationship does not end with training. On-going support is available and can be customized to
the expertise level of the customer. Support can be provided through telephone and e-mail, all the
way up to on-site visits.
